009 Agency does Generative Engine Optimization for brands selling in Poland: we make them visible, cited and chosen inside AI answers across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek — and we re-measure it every two weeks against a logged baseline. Poland is where we audited a personal-finance publisher that Perplexity confused with a near-identical domain, and where the shelf turned out to be built differently from every other market on this site.

This page is the Polish read on the same question we ask everywhere: what do buyers search, whom do the engines name, and what decides it. The numbers are Google Ads volumes for Poland from August 2026 in Polish, and a live shelf test run in Polish on 5 September 2026.

Read together: Polish buyers search “geo seo” but not yet “agencja geo”; the category is a sixth of Germany’s and growing on the same curve a year behind. A Polish page that leads with “agencja SEO” and explains AI visibility addresses the market; one that leads with the GEO term addresses nobody yet.

what the Polish shelf looked like on 5 september 2026

We asked ChatGPT (gpt-5.5, web search on) and Perplexity (sonar-pro), in Polish, which agencies in Poland specialise in GEO and brand visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Logged verbatim.

Three things decide the Polish shelf.

ChatGPT’s Polish answer comes from a ranking nobody can buy into. pierwszastrona.io scores agencies on whether they actually rank on Google’s first page for test phrases in their sector (70%), years in business (15%) and reviews (15%), measures weekly, and states that “you can’t submit anything or buy placement”. It has a GEO category. It is the only shelf-maker we found in five markets that is neither an agency nor a directory selling entries. For a Polish brand this means the agency shelf is honest; for an agency it means the only way on is to rank.

Perplexity’s Polish answer is the incumbents plus one GEO-only shop. Widoczni (founded 1999, 170 staff, ninety thousand organic visits a month), Whites (Henkel, Allegro, vertical GEO pages for construction and healthcare), Delante (Kraków, budget tiers from €1,500 published) and EACTIVE are the SEO incumbents with a GEO line; GeoLead is the one agency that describes itself as GEO-only since 2024, names six engines and publishes prompt-testing results. The national business press, Gazeta Prawna and money.pl, appeared as sources, which happens in no other market we measured.

The engines search in Polish when asked in Polish. Every source above is Polish-language. As in Germany, an English-only site does not exist to this prompt.

where 009 stands in Poland, honestly

One Polish audit — a personal-finance publisher, measured in Polish, where Perplexity confused the brand with a near-identical domain and the panel came in at 7 of 24 — a zero organic footprint, and no place on either shelf above. Two of our founders’ markets border Poland, which is a fact about us and not about our Polish bench. The first Polish-language work we do will be measured the same way and published here.

what the first 90 days look like

The order is the same as everywhere, because it has to be: readable, then verifiable, then quotable. What changes per market is the language of the prompts, the directories the engines read, and who publishes the lists.

  1. Audit. The prompts your buyers actually ask, in the language they ask them, run live through the engines and logged verbatim, plus crawler checks with real AI user-agents. You get a health score, the shelf in this market today, and the three most expensive gaps. Complimentary. what is inside →
  2. Make the entity local and machine-readable. One organisation record with the local registration, address and languages; the local directories and review platforms the engines cited above resolving to you. Shipped as files your developer applies. technical GEO →
  3. Publish what gets quoted, in the right language. Polish, written by Polish writers: the buyer questions as Poles type them, prices in złoty, the KRS entity a Polish buyer expects, and the comparison pages the engines answer “najlepsza agencja” with.
  4. Get onto the lists that decide this market. For Poland today: ranking on Google’s first page for the test phrases the independent ranking measures, the comparison sites Perplexity read, Clutch Poland and the business press — identified from your own Polish panel, not from a generic outreach list.
  5. Re-measure. Same panel, same language, every review, reported as a delta. Series, not screenshots.

proof, and its limits

No Polish client is on retainer, so there is no Polish program result on this page. The measured result we can point to is from an EU legal client that went from 0/5 to 4/5 engines naming it on its category prompt by day 17 (July 2026), with the log published. The Polish-specific evidence is one audit and the tables above.

one thing we will not do

We will not promise a place on a ranking that cannot be bought. The Polish ChatGPT shelf is measured weekly by a third party on real rankings; the honest route onto it is to earn the rankings it measures, and that is a program, not a placement.
