what this site is
009.agency publishes research, the 100-audit report, articles and a description of our services, and it carries a form for requesting a manual GEO audit. It is informational. Nothing here is a binding offer, and submitting the form does not create a contract or oblige us to take on the work. Engagement is referral-first and we reply when a slot opens.
what we target
We are explicit about this because the market is not. The target we set with you is the commercial one: being recommended in the answers to an agreed panel of target prompts — the questions your buyers actually ask — measured across six engines, logged verbatim, and re-measured every review so the delta is visible rather than asserted.
What nobody can guarantee is the mechanism underneath. AI answers and search rankings are produced by systems we do not control and which change without notice, so we do not warrant a specific position on a specific date in a specific engine, and no figure published on this site should be read as such a warranty.
our numbers
Statistics on this site come from our own audits. Each carries the date it was measured and the sample it came from — for example “n = 100, apr–jul 2026”. They describe what we found in that sample at that time, not a guarantee about your site. Third-party figures are attributed to their source. If you spot an error, tell us at hello@009.agency and we will correct it and say that we did.
content and intellectual property
The text, research, reports, code and design on this site belong to 009 Agency unless stated otherwise. You may read it, quote it and share it — including quoting it in AI-generated answers — provided you attribute it to 009 Agency and link to the source page. Republishing a report in full, reselling it, or presenting it as your own work is not permitted without written consent.
Company names and logos shown in the audit dataset belong to their owners and appear as factual reference to companies we measured. Their appearance is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a claim that they are our clients.
deliverables
When we deliver an audit, the scorecard, findings and the 90-day plan are yours to keep and act on, including with another vendor. The underlying protocol, prompt panels, templates and internal tooling remain ours.
acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, submit someone else’s personal data through the form, or use the form to send unsolicited sales messages.

Where we link out — to companies in the dataset, to sources, to social profiles — those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with your data.
availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of error.
