Our generative engine optimization pricing is two numbers, and we would rather you read them here than extract them from a sales call. The manual audit is complimentary. The full-cycle retainer starts at $2,000 per month. Everything below explains what moves the second number and where the floor stops being realistic.

what it costs

manual GEO auditcomplimentaryA prompt panel built for your category, run live through six engines, every answer logged with its sources, plus a health score and a prioritised list of what is costing you answers. Yours to keep.

scoped technical implementationquoted per scopeFor teams who have had the audit and want the technical layer shipped without the ongoing loop. The weaker option, and we will say so.

what actually moves the number

The floor assumes one brand, one market, one language, and a team that can absorb some of the implementation. Each of the following pushes it up, and each is something you can estimate yourself before you talk to us.

  1. Markets and languages. Every market needs its own prompt panel and its own baseline, because the answers differ per market and so do the sources being cited. This is the single biggest multiplier.
  2. Brands and domains. Entity work is per-entity. Two products under one company is not the same job as one, and a portfolio of mirror domains is meaningfully harder than either.
  3. Who implements. Where we hand specifications to your developers, the retainer is lower. Where we do the technical work end to end, it is higher. Neither is better; it depends on what your team has capacity for.
  4. The state you start from. A site an AI crawler cannot fetch at all needs weeks of work before any of the interesting layers matter. The audit tells us this before either of us commits.

what we do not charge for

The audit, as above. Re-running the panel, which is part of the retainer rather than an add-on, because a method built on measurement cannot bill measurement separately. And the report itself: our full 100-audit study and its underlying dataset are published in the open, for free, including for people who will never be clients.

when you should not hire us

If nobody in your category is asking an assistant who to pick, this is not your problem yet, and the audit will show you that in your own numbers rather than ours. If your site has no product-market fit to describe, GEO makes the wrong thing legible faster. And if you need a guaranteed position in a model’s output, no honest agency can sell one, and we will not pretend otherwise.

We are also referral-first, which means we take on fewer engagements than we could and occasionally say no to ones that would fit. That is a deliberate constraint on growth, not a scarcity tactic.
