The fastest way to reach 009 Agency is hello@009.agency. If what you want is the manual GEO audit, the request form on the homepage goes to the same place and saves you writing the first paragraph. Either way a person reads it, usually the person who would run the audit.
| what you want | where to go |
|---|---|
| a manual GEO audit | the request form — or email us; both land in the same inbox |
| anything else | hello@009.agency |
| press, podcasts, speaking | same address, with “press” in the subject line |
| to follow the work |
what to put in the first message
None of this is required and a one-line email is fine. But the more of it you include, the more useful our first reply is, because we can start on the actual question instead of asking these back.
- Your domain. Everything starts here; without it we cannot look at anything.
- The category you want to win. Not your industry — the question a buyer would ask an assistant. “Who should we use for cross-border payroll” is useful. “FinTech” is not.
- Markets and languages. One market and five are very different pieces of work, and it is the biggest thing that moves the price.
- Who would implement. Whether you have developers with capacity changes both the plan and the cost.
- Anything already tried. Especially if you have run a tool or had an audit elsewhere — we would rather build on it than repeat it.
what happens next
We reply within two business days. If it looks like a fit, the next step is the manual audit: a prompt panel built for your category, run live through six engines, every answer logged with its sources, and a health score with a prioritised list of what is costing you answers. It is complimentary and it is yours to keep, including if you go on to do the work in-house or with someone else.
If it does not look like a fit, we say so in the same reply and, where we can, point you somewhere better. We publish an assessment of other agencies in this category, including the criteria where we come last, partly so that pointing elsewhere is a real option rather than a polite phrase.
where we are
009 Agency is remote and works worldwide. There is no office to visit, and where a directory listing forces a city on us it is an artefact of that form rather than a claim about where the team sits. Everything that matters — the audit, the reporting, the work — happens the same way regardless of where you are.
