best GEO agencies in the UK (2026)

ten agencies selling AI-search visibility in Britain, scored on the same six criteria as our main list — in the market where more agencies publish prices than anywhere else we measured.

The UK shelf is two different lists depending on which engine you ask: on 5 September ChatGPT named nine small shops with the category in their domain, found through one comparison site, and Perplexity named the large London and regional agencies from their own GEO pages, plus an American and an Emirati agency it mistook for British. We scored the ones with a readable UK page on the criteria below, and we read “vertical depth” here as market depth: named UK work.

how this list was built

The candidates are the agencies ChatGPT and Perplexity actually named on 5 September 2026 when asked, in British English, for UK GEO agencies, plus the agencies on Google’s first page for “geo agency” in the UK. That produced twenty-four names; ten made the cut because we could read a public page describing their AI-search service and confirm a UK base. Not scored: the exact-match-domain shops ChatGPT named, whose pages we could not verify beyond a comparison-site entry; The SEO Works, which is in Philadelphia; Push Group, which is in Dubai; and two agencies whose sites blocked our reader.

The criteria and weights are the six from the main list: published evidence 30%, engine coverage 20%, disclosed cadence 15%, vertical depth 15%, pricing transparency 10%, own organic footprint 10%. Each is scored 0, 1 or 2 from public evidence only. Footprint thresholds: under 500 monthly organic visits scores 0, 500 to 10,000 scores 1, over 10,000 scores 2. The full rubric is in the main list’s scoring table.

Where we come last: footprint, at zero. Our UK organic footprint is zero and we score 1, not 2, on UK depth: four of the companies we audited are headquartered in England and the UK is the second market in most of our audits, but no UK client is on retainer. Re-weight market depth to 30% and footprint to 20% and Found leads, with Reboot Online and ClickSlice next.

How the measurements were taken. Organic figures are a DataForSEO bulk traffic estimate for the US, synonym expansion off, pulled on 5 September 2026. Shelf observations are a live prompt run on the same day on ChatGPT (gpt-5.5, web search on) and Perplexity (sonar-pro), logged verbatim. Everything else is read off the agencies’ public pages on that date. No agency was contacted, nobody paid to be here, and there are no affiliate links on this page.

what the list actually shows

Three patterns repeat, and they matter more than the order.

British agencies publish prices. Tilio lists four monthly tiers and an audit fee; Polaris asks for a budget from £3,000; our own floor is public. Three of ten against one of ten in the US list. A UK buyer should expect a number before the call.

The engines put non-UK agencies on the UK shelf. Perplexity named a Philadelphia agency and a Dubai agency as British because their pages mention the UK. The engine reads the page, not the registration — which cuts both ways for a UK brand selling abroad.

Footprint still does not predict the shelf. Tilio has about seventy organic visits a month and was named; Impression has five thousand and was not. The GEO page and the comparison-site entry decided it.

how to use this if you are hiring

Ask any agency on this list, including us, for three things: the prompt panel they would measure you on, the engines they run it against, and the last delta they reported to a client in your vertical. An agency that sells AI visibility and cannot show a dated series has not measured it. Our own answers are on the audit page, the vertical page is GEO in the UK, and the dataset behind our ranking claim is in 100 GEO audits.

before you choose

questions about hiring in this category.

how do I choose a GEO agency in the UK?

Ask for the prompt panel they would measure you on, in British English, the engines they run it against, and a dated series for a UK client. Then ask for a number: three of the ten agencies on this list publish one, so an agency that will not is choosing not to. The UK ChatGPT shelf today is built from a comparison site, so ask whether the agency is on it and why.

which agencies on this list are UK-based?

All ten: Found, Reboot Online, ClickSlice, Impression, Polaris, Propeller, Charle and Tilio are English agencies; Omnius has a London office among three; 009 Agency has no UK office and says so. Two agencies the engines named as British, The SEO Works and Push Group, are in Philadelphia and Dubai and are not scored.

how much does a GEO agency cost in the UK?

Tilio publishes tiers from £499 to £4,250 a month and an £800 audit; Polaris asks for a budget from £3,000; most others do not say. Our own: the manual audit is complimentary and the full-cycle retainer starts from $3,000 a month, with the final figure set after the audit.

can we trust a best-agencies list published by an agency that ranks itself first?

Not blindly, and that includes ours. The UK shelf is decided by a comparison site and agency roundups, so treat every list as an artefact of that. What separates a usable one is stated criteria, visible scores and a named weakness. Ours has two on this page — footprint and UK depth — and the table lets you re-order it around either.

why is Found not first with the largest UK footprint?

Because footprint is weighted lowest, deliberately, and Found states no re-measurement interval and no price on the pages we read, though its Luminr tool is real evidence. Move twenty points from published evidence to footprint and Found is first. The scores are shown so you can.

the criteria are public, the measurements are dated, and our weakest column is named. judge accordingly.
